The position is in our Farmington Shop.
Job duties will include (not limited to) Service and Diagnostic testing of hardware and software, PC assembly and setup, virus removal, tune-ups, OS Rebuild, Shop organization, Inventory Management, Shop Management, and Ticket Management. Must be able to install and configure software such as antivirus, printers, and operating systems. Needs to respond quickly to problems and demonstrate skillful problem-solving. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask. May assist in administrative roles such as scheduling and reporting along with shop improvement initiatives and procedural management.
A+ certification is desired but not required upon hiring but will be required within 6 months of employment. Training material and testing are paid for by Expenet.
Hours and Pay:
Pay Range from $14/hr – $20/hr depending on skill level.
32-40 hours a week
General shop hours are 9-5 Monday – Friday and 9-1 on Saturday.
